drinks, and snacks as well as lightning apparel and school supplies.

Lightning Cafe is now open until 3:00 pm every day. We will serve fr=

baked cookies, snacks and drinks. Come and get free birthday cookies once a
year for your birthday when you show your student ID. We are located on the

for the JV Competition/Varsity Soccer squad and the Varsity
Basketball cheer squad will be Sunday September 27 in the North Gym fr=

6:00 pm – 8:00 pm, and Monday September 28 in the Main
Gym from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm. The clinic will introduce=
the
materials necessary for tryouts. These materials will include the

registration material outside the B1 office (B127). If you are interested in

to the Boys Varsity Soccer team on their 1-0 victory over district r=

and #2 ranked Eagan last night. Your Lightning controlled the game fr=

the outset with the midfield trio of Fabian Omana
(12), Francisco Izquierdo (12) and Brennan Espinda-Banick (10) controlling the pace and tempo of=
the
game. Scoring for your Lightning was Trent Erickson (12) on a great
individual effort off of an assist from Omana e=

in the first half. The defense was marshaled by co-captains JJ Zieminski (12) and Hunter Miller (12) along with Ben =
Kariya (12) and Matt Eull
(12). Congratulations Boys on a well earned win! Next up is
Jefferson on Thursday @7pm for homecoming.
The
JV Girls Soccer team defeated Eagan last night with a score of 4-3. K=

Huff scored two goals, and Meghan Ryan and Maddie
Moore had a goal each. The entire team played a tough game, led by a
strong defense. The Lightning play Jefferson tomorrow at home at
4:00.
The
9A Girl’s Soccer team gave their best overall team performance=
of
the season on Monday, beating neighboring rivals Rosemount 7-0. Scoring for=
the
Lightning were Courtney Hobbs, 2 goals from Melisse
Chasse and 4 goals from Kayla Tuthill. The next=
game
will be Friday at 4.00pm against Apple Valley.

Girls Swimming and Diving Team closed in the gap with 87 to 99 again=

Eden Prairie Tuesday’s night. The relay teams of Leah Anderson,
