Eastview High School Places 4th out of 435 Minnesota State High School League Member Schools in the “Challenge Cup!”

Each year the MSHSL awards the "Challenge Cup" to the school with greatest amount of post season success across all of the activities the MSHSL offers.  It is extremely difficult for many of our teams to score points simply because many of our teams compete in the most difficult sections in the state making advancement to the state tournament almost impossible.  Even with that challenge each year since the award was first introduced our teams have continued to climb closer and closer to the top of the list.  This year an unprecedented 26 of 39 MSHSL Activities State Tournaments had an Eastview individual and/or team participating!    The final results are in and Eastview High School finished with 613.2 points, the 4th highest point total in the entire state!  This is the highest finish ever for Eastview High School.  Every year since the award was first introduced Eastview has had an improvement over the previous year finish (27th in 03-04, 15th in 04-05, 11th in 05-06, 9th in 06-07, and 6th in 07-08.  For more details on the award visit http://www.mshsl.org/mshsl/recognition.asp?program=10
