This is my 21st
year of teaching and my twelfth at Eastview High School; prior to
Eastview, I taught at Valley Middle School. I teach the
Social Studies, specifically Advanced Placement European History
and
&Citizenship.
I teach with Joy Hanson as a member of TEAM
STRIKE, which is the name of our 9th grade core team. The 9th grade
teams provide a smooth transition and solid foundation for our students as
they begin their
journey here at Eastview High School. I teach the American Government curriculum
and Ms. Hanson teaches the 9th grade English Language curriculum.
I've also been teaching Advanced Placement European History for twelve years
and I serve as a Reader and Consultant for the College
Board and Educational Testing Service. Where the A.P. program is concerned,
I've attended and conducted several institutes and workshops to continue
I also coach Varsity Football and and I am
the Adviser for the Eastview chapter of National Honor Society therefore it is best to communicate
with me regarding academics during my preparation time.
