Instructor of the Quarter
Sandra Epstein
After teaching children for 34 years, Sandra moved to teaching adults. Besides staying current with technology, she likes to cook, garden, play bridge, bike and hike, dabble with woodworking, and read. She recently learned how to swim and has added swimming laps as another way to exercise. She and her husband love to travel - their last adventure was a Safari in South Africa. Sandra states, “Rosemount-Apple Valley-Eagan has given me the opportunity to continue teaching and meet classes full of interesting people.” Check out Sandra’s Target Topic Series Computer courses on pages 9-10 in the fall brochure and online.
