Professional Development

Workshops for teachers and administrators include new teacher inservice; technology workshops; intensive training for elementary literacy leaders; subject area inservice sessions; diversity training, and curriculum and assessment workshops.

Working with Hamline University in St. Paul, the district offers a number of graduate courses for teachers through the District Graduate Credit Process. These classes are taught by district teachers on site, and are related to district curriculum, assessment and professional development goals.
